All Things Are Connected is a really well put together film that I literally just finished watching, and I thought of all you fine people out there on the other side of my computer :) We have to do more! MORE MORE MORE! I have to do more for this world. It's insane what we have come to. We have become morally destitute and bankrupted in compassion. Watch this movie with friends and see how much it will inspire you.

James came home today and told me that our landlord watched Forks Over Knives, and is seriously interested in learning more about the vegan lifestyle. It made my day! I feel that it's a great sign that more and more people are opening up in this way.

I have to say, though, that as vegans we can be self-righteous sometimes, believing that we are doing all we can to help change this small planet for the better, but we can always go further! There is always more we can do, and when we compare our first-world problems with that of the third world or even developing nations, we have nothing to want for. We live in luxury. Even if we live below the poverty line here in Canada, we live a life that far exceeds so many who live in hell right now as you read this. We need to step up our game. I commit to going further! Who's with me?
